sooo and Im to lazy to answer every time the same thing so I decided to explain it in mah journal:

You could call it a headache.
Or even better; a heartache.
maybe you know that feeling
You realize that you cant handle some emotions.
Your not depressed, sad or something
you are just irritated and kinda hopeless because to much different feelings randomly show up and freak you out.
I call THAT status the "icy centipede"

Every leg stands for one of those feelings that certainly chases you.
And they also stand for the many different paths you could go.
The centipede is not very athletic, so if it goes one way, its not so easy to turn around to another one. it has to go a part of the first chosen path first.
The ice stands for the cold feelings and thoughts you get during the centipede follows you.
You start to become paranoid.
And the worst is, you know that there are people who write things like this just to get attention.
And you are afraid that no one listens to you because they think you are one of those.
Thats why I gave it a name.

It still could sound emo, thats why I want to tell you those things

1.: im not emo, I never was and I do not want earn some attention using this for an excuse. Im just. poetric and creative.
2.: Its hard, VERY HARD, to explain that status Im still thinking about how to explain it better.
